Refund policy

At Laser and Skin Therapy Pty Ltd, we provide professional service and therefore have the following policy in place: 

• A  24 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. 
  
• Late Cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit of full treatment fee.
• No refunds are issued for treatments already performed.
• Prepaid packages on non-refundable, but may be transferable upon request.
• Results may vary depending on individual skin type and conditions.
